Nvidia Drops After US Trade Blacklist Released | Nemo

Name of opportunity: 👀

Nvidia Corporation

10% price drop this month 📉

Nvidia has fallen by 10.88% this past month, and it’s down by more than 20% from its all time high. One of the reasons for the stock’s price falling is the new US trade blacklist of Chinese companies, which includes many Nvidia customers. Now, sales to these blacklisted companies will require US government approval. Chinese regulators are also pushing companies in the country away from using the company’s H20 semiconductor chips. As China is one of Nvidia’s largest markets, this is a blow.

However, Nvidia is currently rated a ‘buy’, and this might in fact be an opportunity for investors who are interested in buying shares in the tech giant to get involved at a lower price point. (There is also the option of fractional shares, for those investors for whom the current price is outside their budget.)

How hot is this investment opportunity? 🔥🔥🔥

Analysts predict the price of NVIDIA Corporation might increase from $111.43 to $157.22 in the next 12 months. If you invested $1000, you might profit $410.90.

Nvidia is considered to be in ‘Excellent’ financial health, with very healthy profits and cash flow.

At Nvidia’s recent GPU Technology Conference, CEO Jensen Huang predicted that data center revenue will exceed $1 trillion by 2028. Nvidia’s data center services are highly in demand right now - and data centers may provide a long term revenue stream for the company, with clients needing upgrades and replacement parts as years go by and technology advances.

There have also been reports recently that Apple may be purchasing Nvidia servers at a cost of around  $1 billion - a partnership might send Nvidia’s stock up in value.

Big tech 🖥️

Nvidia is an American multinational technology company that specialises in designing and selling GPUs, as well as building AI services. The company is headquartered in Santa Clara, California, United States.
