How do I fund my account?

There are currently two ways to fund your Nemo investment account: debit card and self service bank transfer (from your banking app).

Nemo doesn’t charge any commissions on deposits but your card provider/ bank will convert the funds to USD ($) in order to be accepted by Nemo.

What’s the minimum deposit?

Deposits start at $10 with Nemo.

How long does it take for a deposit to reach my Nemo account?

Card deposits are instant 😎.

In some rare cases, you may experience longer processing times (we’re talking minutes, not days!).

Self-service bank transfers can take 5 business days to be credited.

Once your deposit has reached your Wallet, you must transfer all or part of it to a trading account to start investing in stocks.

How do I withdraw funds from my Nemo account?

On the portfolio page, on the wallet tab, tap the 'withdraw' button

Enter your IBAN and bank details to request a withdrawal to your account. Please note that we can only send money back to an account that's in your name.

You can only withdraw funds that are currently in your Nemo Wallet. If you have funds in any of your trading accounts, make sure you transfer anything you'd like to withdraw into your Nemo Wallet.

Please note - any fees charged by banks for sending money to your account will be charged directly to you, so the amount you receive may be less than the amount you send.

How long does it take to receive my money?

Expect the withdrawal process to take 4-6 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays) to be completed and reflected in your bank account.
